Working out is hard when you have a 9 to 5. I used to exercise at least 4 or 5 times a week but now I only get to really exercise like I used to 1 or 2 days a week. I admit that if I compromised other aspects of my life like eating dinner at a reasonable time, not smelling of sweat after lunch breaks, and seeing my friends- I would be able to get more workouts in. But I have not yet found enough balance to fit everything in. So here is some advice on how to eat healthy (especially for all you gluten-hating people out there :)), some recipes I love (for all the people out there who hate to cook like me) and possibly some workout plans.
