Career, Jobs, Work, Responsibility and Everything In-Between

I have a very unique job in that I own and run a construction company & I’m a woman and I’m in my mid-twenties. It all makes for a great reality show. I have been running a construction company for the past three years and before that I worked at a consulting start-up as a founder/owner.

I have over fours years of hands-on business experience starting and working for start-ups. Four years may not sound like much, but its been a crazy three years. I went strait from college graduation to part owner/founder of a start -up and then strait to running a company. If you had asked me three years ago what I would be doing today, running my own company would not have been my answer. But, I can’t imagine doing anything else.

So here I will share some hard-earned advice about what it takes to run a business and general career advice.

Entrepreneur (Listeni/ˌɒntrəprəˈnɜr/), is a loanword from French. It is defined as an individual who organizes or operates a business or businesses.
